Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original condition with all packaging, accessories, and components included. You will also need to provide proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@undalogic.com to obtain a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. Products returned without a valid RMA number may be refused. Once your RMA is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that returns must be shipped to the United Kingdom, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items.

Damages, Defects & Shortages

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. You must notify us of any apparent defects, damage, or shortages within 5 business days of delivery by contacting support@undalogic.com so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution.

Warranty Claims

Our products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience a warranty issue, please contact our technical support team first to determine whether the issue can be resolved remotely. If not, we will issue an RMA number and arrange for repair or replacement. During the warranty period, Undalogic covers the cost of shipping repaired or replacement products back to you; you are responsible for shipping the defective product to us. Full warranty terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Custom-built or specially configured products (such as special orders or bespoke configurations) cannot be returned unless they are defective. Products with removed, defaced, or altered serial numbers are also not eligible for return.

UK Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing online from the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product, for any reason and without justification, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your item must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with all accessories. To exercise this right, contact us at support@undalogic.com. We will provide a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the product you need is to return your current item using the process above, and once the return is processed, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@undalogic.com.

 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
