Thank you for choosing Undalogic. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery times, and important information for our international customers.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order or custom-configured items may require additional lead time, which will be confirmed at the time of order.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our facility in Wales, United Kingdom.
Destinations
We ship worldwide to academic, research, and commercial customers. If our checkout is unable to calculate shipping to your destination, please contact us at support@undalogic.com and we will arrange a quotation directly.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use established international couriers - including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and Royal Mail - selected based on destination, package weight, and service level. All international shipments are tracked.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, typical transit times are:
- United Kingdom: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 3–5 business days
- North America: 3–7 business days
- Rest of world: 5–10 business days
These estimates exclude customs clearance time, which varies by destination and is outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected service. For larger orders, multi-unit purchases, or special shipping requirements, please contact us for a custom quotation.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Important for international customers: Prices on our website do not include import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or any charges levied by the destination country.
The recipient is responsible for paying all import duties, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by customs authorities or the carrier on arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering if you would like an estimate of these charges. Orders refused on delivery due to unwillingness to pay import charges will be subject to return shipping costs and any associated fees, which will be deducted from any refund issued.
UK customers: VAT is included where applicable and shown at checkout.
Customs Documentation
We provide a commercial invoice with each international shipment, declaring the full value of the goods and the appropriate HS commodity code. We are unable to mark shipments as "gift" or declare a value lower than the sale price, as this is prohibited under UK export law.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@undalogic.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us within 7 days of receipt, including photographs of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including any institution name, department, room number, or recipient details required for delivery to academic or research sites. We are unable to redirect packages once dispatched. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to re-shipping costs.
Export Controls
Some of our products may be subject to UK export control regulations. We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders pending an export compliance review and will notify you promptly if any such review is required.
