BNC to 4mm banana adaptor for source-measure units. Get red and black banana sockets from your miniSMU or µSMU's BNC output to connect any standard test lead.
Built for the bench: a BNC bayonet collar gives a secure, repeatable connection, and the moulded body is easy to grip and rotate. Its voltage and current rating is comfortably beyond the miniSMU's ±12 V / ±180 mA full range, so it never limits your measurements.
Compatible with the miniSMU MS01, the µSMU, and any BNC-output instrument.
